Bomb Fuze ? initiator

Here is an item I picked up today, the tube unscrews and in the housing is a firing pin being held back by the safety pin and wire. On the tube is C.D.A. Mk1 and M.H.L.L. 10/45 - anyone have an id on this. Safety pin has the writing "SAFETY PIN ??? UNTIL BOMB IS STOWED IN AIRCRAFT" and the other side "IF BOMB IS NOT RELEASED THE SAFETY PIN MUST BE REPLACED"
