Bomb Id please

can anyone provide a positive identification of the bomb in the attached photo with the tape measure next to it,
The additional pictures with the cigarette packet are photos i took a few years ago of what appears to be the same type but cant remember what they are.

I agree Minenaz16, it's a Practice RAF 9Lb Mk I
