They are WW2 British bomb tails, nice find. A friend of mine had one as a kid in mint condition but we thought it was fake so he smashed it up and dumped it in the woods. Did try and find it a could of years ago but the area changed. Were there any more of these.

Yes, British, In this marking they are post WW2, but were also used during WW2.
Replaced the shorter No.2 Mk.1tail.
Used with the 500lb MC Mk.4 and Mk.9 HE bombs, at least into the 1960s under Vampire/Canberra/Sabre aircraft operated by Commonwealth forces.
