does anybody know anything about this boobytrap sign.supposed to be british modern era?why is it black and red and not the standard red and white?
did they decide that the red and white ones were to bright?

It is English, the 99 in the NATO stock No confirms this and it is modern as the bar code indicates,don't know about the colour change as I've never seen them before.
