That's the guess on this end. The Luftwaffe thing may be misleading and these are just mundane bottle caps. OR, they are ordnance/airplane related. Anybody got a fer sure ID on these?

No ordnance or relation to airborne ops except that the beer or lemonade ended up in an air force guy's stomach.

Beer/lemonade bottle caps. I have with Luftwaffe script one in red text and one in blue. Further I have seen the same but "Wehrmacht eigentum". I assume they exist also as "SS-Eigentum" as at leats I have seen some wine bottles with that text molded on glass.
