British 1 PDR/37mm maker question

I have one of the above with no markings apart from on the base which is stamped O. LTD
Does anyone know who this manufacturer is please?

Possibly - Omes Ltd, Beverley Works, Barnes, SW13. They made electro-forging equipment

Are these projectiles marked anywhere else other than the base?
My example is painted black and wondered if there may be any more markings hidden underneath the paint.

I would expect to find stampings on the body, above the driving band.

Is it definitely 37 mm? I've just checked and Omes had contracts, amongst other projectiles, for 2 pdr A.P. shot and forged 40 mm A.P.
shot.
