British 120mm Possible Proof Round?

Hello All,
Wondered if anyone can confirm a few details for this projectile here please? The driving band & crimp groove details seem to match a 120mm BAT HE Sub CSR Proof of Prop shell that I have, so I'm guessing that it's possibly a proof round for a BAT gun? Also, is this the correct colour for it & if not, what should it look like?
Stamped on the side are the following details:

JC
120MM SX598
D2 L 8414/E
28LB 1OZ ODR
RLB LOT 2 1/77
137K

Length: 206mm
Drive band width: 18mm
Width: 119mm

Apologies for the first photo being upside down, have tried to turn it around; am not into computers or electronic things I'm afraid, they're so frustrating.
Many thanks for any assistance.

Regards,
Ian

That Cannister ID is incorrect.
They show a Drill, Proof. Practice and a Proof of Propellant. No Cannister or HE rounds were shown. Wrong ID.
