Recently acquired 2 of these exactly the same bar the date, both with the standard No 56 fuse Marked RL. IMG_8954.jpegIMG_8955.jpegIMG_8957.jpegIMG_8957.jpeg
Understand it’s a mark V used primarily during the Boer War in South Africa.
i wondered if anyone knew who made these?
From what I can gather, the maker is a the 6 o’clock position on bottom of shell, is V in this case the maker?
