I have this 20mm fuzed projectile which has what look like three broad arrows linked together on both the fuze and the base. Is this a makers mark or does it signify something else? TIA
I only have a fired case from ROF Steeton ^^^ in 20mm Hispano.
Case was poor and pitted so i cleaned and varnished it 5 years ago. It still looks OK till I find a better example.
Thorp Arch was only a filling station.

WELL. Either everyone is repeating wrong information or Tony Edwards, Mayhem and Muskey and various books are wrong???
Here are some replies from IAA Forum over the years. I say Steeton is correct ID.

I wasn't questioning the information Ron, I was asking if there were any differences to the case, primer or markings that identified it as being made by them, and could probably have worded it better. And thanks for the additional information as I don't collect anything below 37mm
