British 4in Mk 4 separate and fixed ammunition cases

Couple of pictures of British naval 4in Mk4 cases, both separate loading and fixed versions. My understanding is the fixed ammunition guns were capable of high angle anti aircraft use as well as surface to surface action. I think this distinction became blurred as time went on. The fixed case is marked for the Mk4, Mk12 and Mk19 guns.
