British 4in shell - seeking info!

Hi guys! I don’t know much about British artillery aside from some of the most common WW1 guns. I recently got this shell and figured this would be the place to ask about it. It’s about 100mm at the base and around 334mm tall without the fuze on it. The bottom has some stamps that I believe say “4in”, “F.”, “V”, and then then something like “P.C.o”. Most 4in guns seem to be naval when I look them up, but this doesn’t seem like a naval shell, but I suppose it could be. Is it for a QF 4in?? With the drive band so close to the bottom, I assume it’s a semi-fixed round or even a bag gun maybe? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks from across the pond
