Here are a few sectioned 30mm, and 40mm. L70 Bofors. The 23mm Soviet is a british re-load with in-house mfg. proj. and fuze. The fuze was very much of interest to UK designers. Regards, RonB.

Very interesting, especially the 23mm.

Is the fuze a UK made copy of a Russian fuze or a UK design? If its a UK design, why did they use the 23mm Russian for testing?

Ron,

Second image, first round. What is it and what is the story behind it? I'm sure I've seen a number of projectiles for/from it.

Thanks
