In Russian empire arhcive I found blueprints for British hydrophones, from WW1. It is not exactly ammo, but helped to search German submarines and then using ammo (depth charges). Also looks like in the UK made a sea mine with magnetic fuze, on one blueprint general scheme. Unfortunatly no original descriptions, just blueprints.
