Managed to get this baby after many years of longing to find a nice example, got 2 No2s in under a month, i have been told its unusual as it have been marked twice on the body, only example known at this time,,,,,,, Dave
Has anyone seen a no2 with no markings on the body? Was offered one the other day but it rang big alarm bells to leave it alone just wondered if I did the right thing leaving it ? Cheers rob
Rob. There are No2's with no markings but you still have to be cautious & check all the other parts . It's never easy as you don't see that many of them . Mike.
Thanks I will try and get hold of it to take some pics and get some advice from you guys. The frag rings is not perfectly symmetrical either ( some segments are slightly bigger than others ) would this also be normal cheers rob
Just be careful Rob and any one else reading this, i have seen them with out markings, good examples, im not saying its not correct if it has no markings but i like examples with the markings and the right patina all over,,,,,, Dave
