British or American 75mm?

I've a 75mm shot stamped with the following markings -

SAP
75MM
4T
NT
LOT
37

I can just make out a tracer T marking in red, a 4 in red and it looks like the nose has been painted white. Can anyone confirm if this is a British or American round?

Sounds British. U.S. didn't paint the nose white, but the U.K. did. U.S. would have a model number M.... and date typically.
