The point to point Broad Arrow marking for items released from
government ownership. Does any one have the regulation for the use of this marking.

It's a bit complex - The mark you show, if on gun ammunition, denotes that the article has been rejected or condemned. If the mark appears on small arms, it denotes a sale mark, government property sold from imperial stock.
