British Rifle Grenade Blank Box Naval ?

I have seen this box on ebay:-

I didn't think the British Army were using rifle grenades in 1983 ? I noticed that there is a Shipcat label on the left hand front corner of the box, could this be Naval and for signal grenades ? Any thoughts welcome.

Hi Tony,
the 7.62mm SLR was still very much in use in 1983 as was the No 94 Energa Anti tank grenade for which this cartridge was used for....maybe the naval connection was for Royal Marines use.....photo of LIA2 grenade cartridge
