Hunting deer with a .45-caliber semiautomatic handgun......... that's new to me.
Over here we have rules what animal you can shoot with what type of weapon and ammo to avoid an injured animal from escaping and make it suffer needlessly. Using a .45 semiautomatic gun for shooting a deer would make you lose your hunting licence on the spot
