Butterfly bombs

Here are three original butterfly bombs, the one mounted on the right belonged to Captain Hunt, and is mentioned in the notes and memoirs that were turned into a book in 1986. Nice collection. for the want of a set of wings to complete a mint body i have. Nice interesting mechanical bit of kit.
 
look carefully and you will see that it is a plastic box with a mirror and a fuze positioned so that the workings of the fuze can be seen. The bomb itself sits in a cradle on a frame so that the wings are extended. It was designed for exhibition purposes. A.
