Caliber Conversion Kits with Adaptor Cartridges

There is a thread on the IAA web site on this subject. The latest post (on page 4--- http://www.iaaforum.org/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6647&start=45) shows a kit made by Millard Brothers of Scotland. I couldn't find anything on them on the internet, but there is a Millard Brothers of Ireland in Dublin.

This kit is in 38 Special for a revolver but the illustrations and literature indicate it was also make for automatic pistols.

Has anyone information on Millard Brothers and a date for this kit?

Has anyone seen, have, or have a photo of a kit for 9mmP or any autopistol?

The adaptor cartridges are black plastic with a metal insert. they are quite similiar to the TARP adaptor cases sold by RFD Systems Engineering Ltd in Surrey.

Was there any relationship between RFD and Millard?

Is there a Conversion Kit which goes with the TARP adaptor cartridges?

Thanks,

Cheers,

Lew
