Can anyone help me identify this 37 mm round ?

Hi bombista
According to the stats, there are 112 views, yet no one has anything to say? I don't get it. :)

So, let me ask about what isn't in the photo: what is the length of the projectile (excluding the fuze) in mm, and the length of the fuze in mm?
Are the driving bands the same as on the I.G. or M.15? I'd guess so... or am I mistaken?
The fuze design includes a centrifugal safety mechanism secured by a spring ring... does that fit into the small cylinder, and are there two such safety mechanisms positioned opposite each other? There is a part with a firing pin screwed into the fuze head (I'm guessing, since it's not clearly visible).
Does that small cylinder contain anything? It ought to hold the detonator... is there anything else in there?
If you provide that additional information, I'll check the Škoda drawings I have...

Pretty rare shell case, I had a lot 9 shell case in my collection. Nice to learn years later it was for what I call Yugoslavia (keeping track of these East-Europe countries in my period of interest has become a project on it's own ;-) ).

Since this is an export version, it is not as widely known here as it would be had this ammunition been adopted by the military. What is particularly noteworthy is the different operating principle of the fuze.
