Can anyone ID this 40MM projo

This re-purposed advertising piece on Ebay doesn't look like the common WWII US 40MM HE AA projo http://www.ebay.com/itm/Trench-Art-...381?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43bd21fa25 Anyone know what it is? Thanks for any information.

LOL. The price is nuts but what the heck is it? The bottom half looks real to me but I'm not sure about the "windshield" part.

It looks like a standard 40mm Bofors AP-T Projo.

Yes Bofors AP-T. US projectiles generally have the data stamped on the driving band, and given this one appears to be blank, it may be a manufacturer's sample or presentation piece prior to fininshing. WW2 era and over-priced.
