Can anyone ID this shell ?

Derek

Well-Known Member
I have been offered this shell from a person who has no idea of its origins. I have attached 2 pictures, unfortunately not the best quality. Can anyone ID this piece for me?
It appears to be approx. 29cm in length and 7.5cm width. I cannot make out the markings on the brass fuze and the seller is away so I cannot contact him for more details.

Thanks for any help,
Cheers
Derek

it's a danish "75 mm L/30 M.1902 Granatkardaesk" (Shrapnel) for 75 mm Krupp Fieldgun M.1902

(for a 18 Pdr. the driving band is to narrow and the diameter to small)
