I agree with 2pounder that they are lead coated shells minus the lead, but without knowing the diameter it is difficult to say with any prescision what nationality they are or what size.

from the number on the projectile, the cloth on the shelf and the color of the rack, I think the picture was taken in the depository of the Military Museum Lesany in the Czech Republic. It is to assume that this is Prussian or Austro Hungarian ammunition. In the unlikely event that You get no results from this forum, You can try to contact them. They sure have the inventory numbers. Attached are two pictures from their exhibition in Prague in 2007.
