can anyone identify this projectile

003.jpgI just can not find any reference/photo/drawing for this projectile, its the rotating band that is throwing me, here is a drawing of one of the projectile body stamps, very feint and cannot get a good photo, so I have drawn it on a piece of paper, I have seen this stamp in the past, but for the life in me, I can't remember who's manufacturers mark it is, I have a good library of books, but obviously not that good.

I'm also trying to find out about this I've just picked one up and nobody can I'd it , also got told it's the wrong shape for a 37mm bofors ?????

That is rather unusual for BOCN to have a so many examples of well marked projectiles where no one can provide any information.
