can anyone indentify this 85 mm projectile?

i recently got this hunk of rust wich used to be a projectile via a friend. This round was supposedly found near Arnhem.

does somebody know what i once was? it's 32 cm long and has a diameter of approximatly 85 mm. it's completely empty inside

hope somebody knows what it is!
