Canadian .303 case

In the absence of a side view, I would say it is a Tube, PSA (Percussion, Small Arms) Mk V, which was based on a .303" case. The "3AH" is an "empty lot series" code which one doesn't find on normal .303" cases, but does on wartime Tube, PSAs. That should be DAQ/C.

The Tube, PSA was used in artillery pieces that used bag charges, for igniting them.
