This is the place where an unarmed sentry Corporal Nathan Cirillo was shot to death in 2014.
The crowds around the monument are due to the 150th Canada Day.

Well that looks very familiar! Just walked by it today. It has been closed off for most of the last week or so due to the 150 celebrations.

If you ever have the chance to visit on Memorial day I would highly recommend.
