This happens sometimes. Has something to do with the Browser settings. The solution is simple:
Go to the root of the site:

https://invenio.bundesarchiv.de/

and press
"Suche ohne Anmeldung"
It will bring you to the opening portal of the archive
Then on the upper blue section press "Suche" (by default the yellow highlight is on "Navigierende Suche" , the "Suche" button is just on the right of this
