From your photo I assume that the case is about 85mm long. This however gives several alternatives to identify. Could you please also measure outside diameters of case mouth and rim?
 
lead bullet with a hole in the middle / in oxides / liner under the cone, the dulcitol 12.3 mm, 13.8 mm stems, case length 83.3 mm, length of 9mm bullets

I think your cartridge is a German-made version of the British .450" x 3" Express (11.6 x 83R).
