I wonder if this is really a 37x94 case. Looks more like a cut down case. The R could be Raufoss manufacture for a Bofors gun and/or under Bofors license. That would make the case possibly Norwegian. What is the rim diameter?

For a 37x94 case it should be 44 mm and my guess is that the rim diameter is 56 mm. Than it is most likely the 37x252 Bofors Model 1936.

The diameter of the edge is of 44mm then it measures 37 in the beginning of the case and measures 94 of long regards

In that case I think it is a Norwegian 37 mm subcaliber, comparable to the German Kriegsmarine subcaliber 37x94.
