CASE FOR 130mm FIELD GUN M-46 -- WHO MADE IT?

Can anyone help identify the MANUFACTURER (or factory), plus date and any other info on this case? It came back from Kuwait and is the 'correct' size of about 84.5cm long, 18.5cm base dia and about 14cm mouth dia.
