Case ID help needed

Hello all,
Can anyone help? My friend has this case and we can't find any info on what it is.
It's approx the size of a regular .308/7.62 case, but the neck is a slightly larger diameter. The obvious difference here is that the primer is inside a tube which slides into the main body. It was a bit stuck, but has freed up now. The end inside case body appears burst.

The headstamp only has RG 87, which I'm pretty confident is Radway Green, 1987. I use a lot of their products!

Any info would be great.
