As far as I know, CBU-87 is the combination of the dispenser SUU-65 (which has extending fins, and it's not the case on the picture) and a BLU-97 payload. Looks like a bad repro for me.
 
The entire dispenser looks faked, plus the size vs the vegetation looks off. Fins look bad, nose - agreed, all looks faked to me.
