Chinese 40mm Rifle Grenades

I would like to identify the model, maker and date on this 40mm rifle grenade.
Looks Practice grenade with blue plastic/bakelite head marked 1 - 17 - 62. 260mm long.
The green container is marked : DQS 161. SO1 - 19 -652A

Head marked: DQZ 161 - 40 1 - 20 - 62.
