Chinese 62mm Rocket

I need information about this Chinese 62-70 Rocket
Green aluminium with white letters and dummy fuze so I guess it is a practice rocket?
Is it Lot 1 1980 from factory 205 ?
Length with 6 folded fins is 500mm.

Just what I needed to know so thank you. I could not find similar information. At least I have a mint rocket. The fuze looks correct. I thought a practice?

Maybe, the chinese symbol is similar to the one used on practice ammunition.
