Does anyone know the nature of the explosive of the mortar ( Chinese 60 mm type-63 Mortar )

The explosive is 黑 27石

Could you tell us the number to the right of the "75" (3rd row from top)?

No idea as for the content, tha last I had seen had a black colored explosive inside. Made me wonder...

TNT/DNA is 悌萘 but 黑-27石 or 黑-17石
