Chinese TM-57 Anti-Tank Mine

This Chinese marked AT mine is the same as a Russian one and the base marking looks Russian too?
Is it Chinese made or re-stencilled Russian production?
Russian mines have black lettering, this one has white lettering. No fuze with a plastic fuze hole cover.
What does the lettering say? All help is appreciated.

White stencil is okey too. For example, look at OZM-72, which could have both variants.
Plastic hole cover could be, it does not look strange (but yes, in manuals show metal). But combination of Cyrillic and chinese marking looks strange. In most situation, as I saw, mine could not have any marking. Recognize Chinese made and Soviet made TM046 possible only by plugs.

Maybe a russian production for chinese use.
White marking could match. The translation is TM-57 ANTI TANK MINE

Same markings on Chinese Type 72
