Chinese Type 58, 67 and 68 stick grenades

what is the difference between these models, which seem visually very similar? is the Type 68 a dedicated practice version, or is it just that I have seen a practice version of the Type 68 that in fact has it's own designation? does the red-brown painted head denote it as practice?
