I came across this recently. The windage markings seem to be Swedish for "Left" and "Right'. I have casually collected gunner's quadrants for a while but this is the first example that I have seen with a telescope (with cross hairs). No markings of a military kind though the scope is marked "voigtlander".

Could be a surveyor's transit I suppose though not like any I have seen. The elevation is sorta crude and the idea of a windage adjustment seems out of place.

Any thoughts? Ring any bells?
