Clip identification any help would be appreciated.

How high, how wide, inside diameter where the clip surrounds the rim?
 
HAZORD, the dimensions are as follows: dimensions of Base; Width 240mm. Length; 318mm. Height; 38mm. (clips are recessed to one side and overhang on the opposite side of the base) Dimensions of Clips: width; 226mm. length; 312mm, height; 34mm. bottom diameter; 44mm. Top diameter; 38mm.
