Confirmation - 20 x 110 RR Oerlikon case

I found two cartridge cases in an antique shop this weekend. I was not familiar with the cartridge case head design so I thought I would pick them up. The headstamp is marked 20-M.M. MK-II 1942. The cartridge case is 110mm long. I am assuming these are fired 20 x 110 mm Oerlikon cartridge cases. Can someone confirm this for me?

Hi yes you're correct. The cases deform a bit on firing that's why there is not much neck on the case. Fired 20 x 110 Oerlikons are always like that.
Dave.
