Confused M6A3?

I saw an M6A3 Bazooka rocket online, and it looks a bit odd to me -- almost like someone paired a practice rocket tail with an M6A3 warhead.
The colours match really well, which threw me off. Am I imagining things, or is this a legitimate rocket setup?"

It's not a legitimate settup. The A3 always had the new style fins, so this is some weird kitbash barring actual evidence to the contrary
