? Container for small arm cleaning kit?

Having been lucky in getting 2 previous items identified I thought I’d try a third item. This is a steel container, 94mm wide, partitioned in the centre and having spring covers at both ends. There are no markings. Any thoughts?

Hi Dave, Its a double shot dispenser / measure for the muzzle loading shotguns.
