Croatian experimental bouncing mine GB-03

This is one more experimental type of bouncing mines made in Brodosplit, in Croatia in 1995. The idea was to simplify and to became cheaper production of PGB X02 bouncing mine. The PGB X02 used aluminium case with caps threaded on it's sides and this experimental mine should be it's newer version. The principle of functioning stays the same as with PGB X02 which I described previously on topic about PGB X01 nad PGB X02. Without using aluminium case, it was necessary to make connection between Cetinka grenade body and PGB-02 steel body waterproof, so instead of using thin metal case for propelling charge at the bottom of PGB-02, the industrial electric plastic tube was used, and propelling charge was inside of it. The fuze of Cetinka from PGB X02 was transformed to be screwed on central tube from PGB-02 and the steel spring, the same as used on PGB X02 was used for connecting Cetinka and PGB-02 bodies. This mine should have pull fuze made of brass produced in Brodosplit. Actually that was the same fuze as used on some other PGB projects but transformed to function as pull type.

The original inventor's technical cutaway drawing is also unfinished with some main parts not drawed because this project has never been finished and addopted in serial production. The testing was made but the end of the war stopped the testing and development of this bouncing mine.

I covered the names of the chief constructor from PGB in Brodosplit and his supervisor because he wanted me to do that when I got this inert prototype and original drawing from him.
