Listed as a Czech mortar. Any ideas?

It's a german 21 cm Splitterbeton-Wurfgranate 5021 (concrete with steel fragments inside). The 21 cm mortar and the shells were probably still experimental in 1945. This (short) type is very, very rare!

There are range tables HDv 119/ 989 from february 1945.
The mortar used to be at the Ft. Sill museum.

The weapon and ammo were manufactured by Skoda in Pilsen (occupied Czechoslovakia) for the 3rd Reich, so Czech is not completely incorrect.
