the designation is 130-JRRO-RM51 (with nz-60, nz-60v fuze) or 130-JRROF-RM51 (with nz-62v fuze)

Then there would have to be a rocket launcher RM 54.
The designation of ammunition in that time was:

130 - caliber
JRRO - type of projectile - J - unitary R - rotation stabilized R - rocket O - fragmentation
RM 51 - weapon - Rocket launcher - Raketomet vz. 51

Will look what the proposed designation of the 210mm should be.
