Davis Projectile carrying torpedo gun

Thanks Dave, really interesting. MD1 designed a 'Cannon Bomb' in 1943 which has similar characteristics to this device. I had thought that MD1 were first to dream up the idea but clearly not! In a sense the idea was again revisited by MATRA in their Durandal anti-runway bomb.
