hi, i have a collection of deactivated ww2 weapons left to me by my father that i want to sell, im not sure about the law regarding selling them and were i can sell them could someone please enlighten me lol. the collection is as follows , thompson smg, sterling smg, bren gun, moisin nagant russian carbine. all with certificates thanks.

Totally legal to sell as they are deactivated so no need for a firearms licence.

The price you will get depends on whether they are old or new spec deactivations.

If they are new spec the smg's will have moving bolts but won't cock.

Hope this helps?

Cheers,
Andy
