Detonator Tin No 75 Mk 2

The Mk I Hawkins used a separate igniter and detonator. The latter apparently being a No. 8 Briska. The Mk I became obsolete in 1946.

The Mk II introduced in 1943 and declared obsolete in 1955. This utilised a No. 83 detonator, which comprised of a chemical igniter housed in bakelite body, to which a No. 27 detonator was affixed.

There was apparently a MK III, but I can't find any details.
